Once you have made up your mind to invest or retire, we will assist you in completing the purchase of your property, either if you are buying cash or getting a mortgage loan.
If you are buying cash, you will need to put a 30% down-payment in order to sign the contract of promise of purchase. Naturally, you can spare the apartment with $1,000.00, which will give you a few days to do the bank transfer.
If you want to get a loan, we will help you with all the necessary documents and fill the loan application, with HSBC or Scotia Bank.
The bank can finance between 50 to 80 %. It depends if you want to buy for an investment or to live in Panama. The average interest rate is around 7.5% for foreigners.
The bank can finance up to 15 -20 years, it depends on how old you are.
We can prepare the loan application for you, even if you are not in Panama, and submit it to see if you qualify for a loan.
